The following wines are currently available under the Spencer Creek Cellars label:

2004 PINOT NOIR

This first release from the Cooley Family’s McBeth Vineyard project is one of our custom made Spencer Creek Cellars labeled wines. Produced at Lavelle Vineyards, the 2004 Pinot Noir contains fruit from the Croft-Williamson Vineyard (Yamhill County) and a small quantity from the Whybra Vineyard (Benton County).

2004 Chardonnay

This lightly oaked, beautifully balanced wine was produced in open top fermenters. aged in 50% neutral oak and 50% in temperature controlled stainless steel, it was allowed to go through malo-lactic fermentation in barrel. 100% Columbia Valley fruit, straw colored with lots of fruit; peach, melon and ripe apples.

2006 PINOT gris

The Pinot Gris is one of our custom made Spencer Creek Cellars labeled wines. Sourced from Yamhill County fruit Southwest of McMinnville, near the Amity Hills, the 2006 Pinot Gris contains fruit from 25 year old vines.
