2005 Pinot Noir

This second release from the Cooley Family’s McBeth Vineyards project was released in late 2008 after six months in barrel and 18 months in bottle. Produced at Carlton Winemakers Studio, the 2005 Pinot Noir contains 100% fruit from the Willamette Valley with 70% pommard clone and 30% wadenswill clone.

2005 Chardonnay

This lightly oaked, beautifully balanced wine was produced in open top fermenters. Aged in 50% neutral oak and 50% in temperature controlled stainless steel, it was allowed to go through malo-lactic fermentation in barrel. 100% Willamette Valley fruit, straw colored with lots of fruit; peach, melon and ripe apples.

2006 Pinot Gris

The Pinot Gris is one of our custom made Spencer Creek Cellars labeled wines. Sourced from Yamhill County fruit Southwest of McMinnville, near the Amity Hills, the 2006 Pinot Gris contains fruit from 25 year old vines.
